Put a shirt on, Knox!
———————-Alt Text———————-
In the cell-bedroom, Knox awoke, to find that Rodrigo was already awake and laying beside him. Knox said, “nnnnggg. Rigo. what’s going on?” Rodrigo smiled at him and said, “it was eavesdropping story hour, but I think you’ve missed it.” Knox asked, “should I get up?” Rodrigo said, “no need to wake up, my love. You need your sleep.” Knox looked at the room and said, “where are we? I was having the strangest dream. Ee were in space…” Rodrigo smiled and said, “not a dream, Knox. You’re on a spaceship.” Knox gave up and said, “you drive me nuts.” Rodrigo asked him, “I know. Would you like me to read to you?” Knox shrugged and said, “yes. Always.” Knox shut his eyes as Rodrigo read to him. Eventually, Knox fell asleep. Rodrigo observed, “well, that was not the day I expected.” Across the room, Picknar said, “being that we’re not even in our own bodies, you’re preaching to the choir, Rodrigo.”

I s’pose that when a certain young lady gets home after getting her body back, that she’ll be upset that her freind has turned her house into a party pad, too.
Do you really think she’ll get back home? Truly? You’ve been reading this comic for a while. There aren’t many characters that Christopher restores back to how they were at first… Martina (iirc) isn’t even full human anymore.
Nogg is ok; most, maybe all ~aliens remain, as they were.
But these guys are human. They have some trials coming up.
Martina is dead, Yuri is the PTSD semi-ex-cyborg. Dustin Landing and Aitana (along with her parents and sort of Tefsay) are the humans who went back to where they’d been.
I don’t know. Mr. Zorilla seems eternally Mr. Zorilla. Was reviewing early strips, and noticed that the language translator implanter used to be a magic hat, not a zap gun.
Mr Zorilla never had a space adventure, he just gets his relatives’ adventures told to him by a big round fish alien.
And I guess technology advances even in the wacky spacefuture so remote-translator-implanters were invented since it was sometimes difficult to convince people to wear a weird hat when they don’t understand what you say — or when their head shape and/or size is not compatible with the hat.
@TB and @Someone, yes! mentioned in the first panel of this strip: https://www.baldwinpage.com/spacetrawler/2016/10/03/100316-hwan-choi/ 🙂
Does Rodrigo have a bionic shoulder now?
Yes, but only on panels 1 to 4.
Hahahahaha! Thank you for pointing that out, Annoying Smart Ass. 😉 (genuinely, thank you.) Fixed!
Tailorbot made a fast visit to fix the jacket in the last panel?
Knox giving off some shirtless Jame T Kirk vibes. He used his shirt as a bandage for Rodrigo, right? So they’re going to have to synth him a new one.
Alienation mixes with anomie and the result is… what? Involuntary or, perhaps, willful dissociation and hallucination?
I think we’re all bozos on this bus.
