Deflated and sitting sprawled across the tabled, Thoos continued their story, “but big life changes take time, and transitioning takes emotional work. And so, after investing in a month of partying, I found myself without any means. But I was ready to make it on my own for real by then. And so I went back home for a little more funds, but my parents sent me away! can you believe it?!” Arms crossed, Picknar said with annoyance, “this is all very hard to believe.” Thoos continued, “they said it was a good lesson for me to learn the harsh realities of life and to live in the bed-I-made for another whole month. But that was a year ago. Resentment and pride kept me from returning home despite me being pretty crappy at life. And so, yeah, here I am. As tragic a situation as you’re in.” Picknar replied sarcastically, “oh yeah. Right. We have so much in common.”

A fool and their money are soon partied.
Hey, Picknar. Both of you were body swapped with humans. How many other people you got that in common with?
Yup, A LOT in common. Uhhuh. 🙂
