What’s amazing is that you didn’t copy and paste the hover bikes????
“Besides, I don’t have toes right now. Hey, did you know I can store and release power, too? I bet they can’t!”
Nice drawing of the string of monster-bikes waiting.
Every RPG-player ever when the GM tosses baddies on hover-bikes at the group:
“A’righty, aim for the riders everyone! Don’t scratch the loot!”
I think Tesfay is too nice a dude for that, the symbiont… not so much.
calling something not-human a Monster seems very Human.
Like Peter Capaldi’s Dr. Who:
“There’s a horror movie called Alien? That’s really offensive… no wonder everyone keeps invading you.”
“Alien” at heart is about runaway bioengineering and slavery. That is what the black xenomorphs are for, but errors were made. The Predators were the solution that also failed in the end. Now the new brown xenomorphs are the correction designed to take out the black xenomorphs and the Predators too who stopped killing them and instead cultivating the black Xenos for hunting.
The Engineers finally corrected that flaw to their mechamorph quasi-living tools that have extreme tolerance to work nearly anywhere in every environment including the vacuum of space.
The new design is the wave of the future for Engineers and their colonies.
Next: Chiphu tries to convince the monsters to join their cause, gets the crap beat out of him.
Already happened. Got a bloody nose for it.
For some reason I’m considering Frank Miller’s “The Dark Knight” and Batman’s thoughts as the crook puts a machinegun to the back of his skull: “There are five working defenses from this position. Two kill quickly. Two can disarm with minimal effort. The fifth…. hurts.”
Tesfay may not go for any of them but the symbiont clearly shows a preference for Number Five in such situations. Ought to be amusing next time to see which he goes for.
Hurts whom? Assuming other guy.
As demonstrated, the fifth is a straight kick back from a crouching position into the target’s solar plexus. The force was great enough to cause spinal trauma sufficient to leave the target unable to hold onto his weapon or even stand. As Batman observed, “He’s young. He’ll probably walk again.”

Future You often has complaints about Past You, eh?
@notStanley, Hahaahahaha! Always. 🙂
