I find myself consumed with curiosity as to the other properties of Gordik repellium, now that they’re choked with it.
Like: Does it cover all the viewports? Does it inhibit navigation, as well as speed? Could it be removed by physical means? Electrical? Mechanical? Chemical? What happens when you try to open a port and leave the ship? What happens if you try to fire the weapons?
Incidentally, I forgot to mention my admiration for the visual effect of the Calama Void collapsing yesterday. It was a singular illustration of an event that happens at the very edge of physics, never mind visibility. I could just picture it moving, like the shapes my eyes see in a totally dark room. Impressive.
