Okay, I’m done drawing umbrellas in drinks for a while. Phew!
ANNNNNND…. Margaret K. McElderry Books/Simon & Schuster released the cover and synopsis for the graphic novel Shaenon Garrity and I created. Check out “The Dire Days of Willowweep Manor” here (and even pre-order if you want, due out in July).
Good thing there was a test first.
This is funny in the way the Three Stooges is!
And Chris, the right side is folded over again. I’m missing the at in “great” plus whatever the punctuation is.
Thanks in advance for fixing it 🙂
Thanks, @Meran! Fixed! 🙂
“cackling hysterically”
This is so good!
I don’t think she would want to test that against Chiphu’s gun.
2 for 2. Hoping there’s a couple more “features” with unintended results. Knowing Chris, there will minimally be some that unfold with the story progress. On the subject of drink umbrellas: I’m sure having 7 or 8 of those empty glasses on the bar sounded like a great idea in the planning stage 😛
NO NOT THE TV
I can’t help it. I am envisioning how Aitana’s avoidance suit would respond in crossfire. Somewhere between dwarf-tossing and pinball, but without a sticky wall. Ouch.
Who designs the parameters for ‘shot avoidance,’ anyhow? Do they also design videogames on the side? Only makes sense to me.
That suit’ll help her live to a ripe old age … if she survives its assistance.
Heh, there’s a reason humans haven’t developed jet pack for everyone. Humans are not good at these things.
More fine print that wasn’t read.
