In any case, Chiphu has an actual point: Helping Aitana brings both him and Tesfay into bomb-throwing range of the Puppy-people again, and that was not a winning strategy the last time. And they don’t even have Emily’s loudmouthed lock-box to talk into arming them for the coming amazing firefight. Unconsidered ramifications still need to be considered…before they’re rammed through.
