Works for Lex Luthor.
Having been on the receiving end of an electrical stun weapon (training), I fully sympathize with Stangor’s facial expression. And Emily seems to have aimed it right in the… well, the opposite of the kisser so to speak. O-u-c-h.
Unfortunately, I can sympathize with you. Interestingly enough, it is highly unlikely the standard issue blaster in the STU actually use simple directed electrons. After much drunken testing, quite a few people can confirm: repeated usage of a tazzor or stun-guns, on one’s self does not, infact, make you “immune” to their effects.
But such a thing is definitely possible for the STU guns. As seen with demitri, it doesn’t take much time, or effort to “build up” some kind of resistance. Mostly, it seems that after a surge of initial pain, there is a largely psychological effect to the gun.

I’m not sure I understand the lesson. Can you please go over that another couple times? I was too distracted with my own crying at Emily’s lack of beautiful (and likely hard-to-draw hair).
Lol
The lesson being: Never let your guard down.
The real lesson is to never say it out loud.
I now see why Stangor has never been successful intercepting Emily before. A crook that dumb doesn’t get a break. But I do hope she got a higher setting than ‘stun’ for her aggravating arrogance.
Another body to leave in the vicinity of the burning chemical storage. Just in time to toot on out of there to track where the Puppy-people are heading next. Possibly without needing to follow their spoor of smashed houses.
Hi-ho, Hipparenzo! Bonus points for anybody who recognizes THAT tagline.
Even Google doesn’t know that!
I know. Wasn’t it fun to see their ‘no listings found’ page? Truly a rare sight in this hyperconnected age. But not everything is found on the net. Just as a reminder.
@Pete, now this page is the first listing for that search. 🙂
