Ha! Bamboozled! And maybe that Durn is an exosuit too, with a Mihrrgoot inside!

Time to set the laser to kill. Prevent word from getting out.

Hm. Neat trick. How many other Durns are masquerading as Heims and looking for a fight?
Six of them visible here, all behind Emily who has no arm ready. I see the out. It’s fair to think they don’t either.
Emily doesn’t know the information she’s seeking is back aboard ship… so I imagine this is going to be an interesting fight, however it plays out. Time to get a quick refill of my popcorn, I think, before H-E-Double Hockeysticks breaks out.

I wonder how many Heims have wingsuits.

The least she could do is to de-wing the one that fooled her.
Oh durn it all!
Color me Flabbergasted!
Vendor is misspelled. ??
Love where this is going…
Durn it!
“I’m a bird in a short mechanical suit.”
Last series, we had an imposter Mauricio played by a bag of worms (okay, technically snakes). This time an imposter is played by a bag of durn!
I was going to say that you spell it “vendor” but apparently vender is in use. Basically only used by the New Yorker newspaper, bizarrely, but still.
Well the New Yorker, a fer other individuals, and some foreign outlets.
Though Vender is apparently more common in legal terminology: https://www.etymonline.com/search?q=vender
That durn’ bird flipped her but good!
At least now she’s heard about the bird.
She got the word!

It’s National Heim-suit day, by Durn Martin.
Why are all the Durns dressed alike? At least the Heims appear to have some concept of fashion.
So… He’s a Durn… But wasn’t the law against flying by technological means? I’d think a jetpack would count…
Otherwise, why aren’t they making a mint by requiring a “natural flier” be hired to shuttle space ships in and out of the spaceport “legally”? π
Itβs only illegal if you get caught. π
Plus, always protect your own kind.
