Hwan has shown vulnerability only once, when he denounced Joyce’s support of him. And was rewarded with a charge of incompetence for letting half the Crints die. That he shows it again to possibly the only person with the capability and the emotional strength to harm him (aside from Joyce) says something. What, I’m not sure. It’s up to Yuri to decide what to do with him. Qu’est-ce que fait faire de toi?

Wasn’t “Flaccid Nightlight” one of Dalí’s lesser works?

It is so amazing how much the characters have been impacted by their experiences. Such a delight to read.
I’m reminded of the arguments in Firefly when both people are on the same side and don’t realize it.
Hwan has changed, he is considering the welfare of another – and he actually feels *something*…
Love this one SO much!!
