On the plus side, I didn’t pay off my cable bill on time so they cut me off. 22 years ago. I’ve had so much more time to do other things since.
I’ve never actually subscribed.. I’d love cable internet, but Comcast is the only game in town… and since what they put my father through, I’m not biting anytime soon.
Plus, their whole “Consumer protections hurt you… by hurting us. REALLY!!” thing, trying to repeal net neutrality… “We’d love to give ourselves.. I mean, you guys a better deal, but the big, bad government is in the way!”
Yeah…Spectrum’s our issue. Comcast is *available*, but it’s practically the greater of two evils in the zone. Spectrum’s not much better than them.
Disappointing. If I could have a better ISP in my area, I totally would.
If you ever get the chance, go SonicNet. Good, reliable service, but not in all areas yet.

By the way, was your Pilot in any way inspired by Pilot from the TV series Farscape? I loved that guy, especially when I found out that Lani Tupu, the actor who played Captain Crais, was the voice of Pilot! The fun things you learn at conventions. 🙂
