Dimitri seems to be guided by the force, the force of his libido that is. There is always someone who will have sex with an alien. Just as there are some people who would not have sex with another human and as rare.
It’s really interesting to read back through this and see how the characters changed – or in Dmitri’s case, didn’t. He always stayed true to his original cool self.
