#inktober #6, 7, & 8. Hope you had a great weekend, and if you have today off that you’re having a good time of it. I went out to the Ashfield Fall Festival. Nostalgia I guess. And to look for more old beat-up frames. My addiction.

I’m trying to do #inktober (one drawing a day, in ink on paper, for a month), but so far only one day out of four. Maybe I’ll just make sure I do thirty-one, but may finish in November. Funny though, I AM drawing a lot, I’m just doing it digitally. Trying VERY hard to teach myself Manga Studio (but am not loving it), as well as try new methods and styles of digital drawing. But anyhow, for now, an ink doodle! 🙂

Cedra and I went to the Adirondack Balloon Festival Sunday morning. We were very tired, having gotten up at 5:20 to get there for morning launch. I’ve never actually been to a proper balloonfest, and so, only half joking, I asked someone “So, we heard there was a balloonfest going on. Any idea where the balloons are?”
And now I know, even with a slight breeze, balloons stay down, rolled up, put away. What a bummer. Although it was still a lovely (albeit dreamy-tired) day.
