SPACETRAWLER is back, Monday and Wednesdays! if you’re at baldwinpage.com, you can just keep scrolling down and read it. If you’re on the Anna Galactic site (baldwinpage.com/annagalactic) then follow the link to Spacetrawler.
And the Kickstarter for Anna Galactic book reached halfway! Whoot! Keep it going HERE!
And I counted wrong, Anna Galactic doesn’t end Friday, it ends next Monday, a week from now. So, three more strips!

“Everything works out okay in the end”??
Unless you’re doing “The Gods Intervene” plot device, how will that happen?
Unless the Captain DID screw up, of course.
Everything works out in the end; Pewter’s dead and everyone who made him is too. Hooray!
Now what are they doing with the lauridium? And is the lauridium tracker off too?
C’mon… You know someone is still going to die in a meaningless way.
Hahahaha! Come on now. Seriously, aside from the extermination of the rest of the human race, it all works out okay. Honestly. And the whole extermination thing hadn’t really occurred to me because I was focused on the characters of the story. 🙂
So has Anna. That the Human race has essentially come to an end nicely explains and resolves the strife within our own group and can be taken in stride. She unravels when the robot pulls the plug on itself.
In some way it does make sense, it must be hard to empathize across interstellar distances. After all, we’re not doing a great job across continents within a single planet…
@Andreas – continents hell, neighborhoods!
Now foxglove will never get her doctor’s appointment.
“Seriously, aside from the extermination of the rest of the human race, it all works out okay. ”
The “rest of the Human Race” would like a word with you, in private…..
Actually, I think there’s a metaphor for the Human condition in this story, and your comments.
@ M.A.
Neighbours are of course why people signed up for exo-planet colonization in the first place. Get off my robot-tended lawn!
